“My medal brought me instant peace, love, and positivity. Blake delivered my medal to me at the perfect time. I was in the hospital and just received a diagnosis of Stage 4 Esophageal Cancer. I was malnourished, could barely stand, and felt like I was dying…because I was. Receiving my triathlon medal from WFT gave me such hope. Instantly it came to me that this was my Triathlon and that I was going to cross the finish line like a champ. It gave me the inspiration I so deeply needed.
